Hi bros,
Actually you can unroot with (Super One Click) but it only unroots
froyo. So if you want to unroot than do this steps:
Download Unroot.zip
Change the file name to Update.zip
Now do not extract the file.;
Put update.zip into SD card (not in any folder).
Now you have to restart Your Galaxy Ace into Maintenance mode.
To start phone in Maintenance mode first you have to shut down
your phone and now comes the hardest step:
Read carefully or your Samsung Galaxy Ace will be bricked and then don't blame ME.
* Press Home Button of phone first.(When phone
is switched off)
* Keep home button pressed.
* Now press power button of phone while home
button is pressed.
Your phone will now switch on and you can leave all the pressed buttons.
Now your phone is started in Maintenance Mode. If it does not then keep
trying again and again. Now what you have to do is scroll using volume buttons.

Home button acts as OK button.
Scroll down to "apply update from SD card" and then find update.zip
When you find update.zip press home button and it will be automatically applied.
Reboot your phone.
Voilaaa......
That shitty "Super User" is deleted.
But now you will miss the features you used to get with root.
If you want root again then see: How to root Samsung Galaxy Ace
