This is one of the best App I ever used on my phone. Titanium Backup Pro for Android

will save your as* every time you change your device firmware. It

has capability to backup your data on your Android Phone.

This App will backup your software with its data on your SD card with Zip compression.

Whever you need to restore your software you can just click on the App and select

restore with data.  It supports cleaning up Dalvik Cache,

This will save your Internal memory.

This App includes Market Doctor means if your App has disappeared from Play Store

than it will restore your App in Play Store.

It comes with cloud storage support and you can save your backups

in Dropbox.

(This software requires your phone to be rooted or else it won't start in your device.)
