This App registers you by your phone Number and Name.

If your friend has this App than you can call him for free using Viber for Android.

The call quality is HD. Active Internet connection is required.

At first you used to have two option in contact (Call Mobile, Send Message) but

Now you will get four option as shown in picture. (* Note Data Charges will be

applicable)

You can even use free messaging feature and the messages will be sent without any

fee from carrier. It too requires internet connection.
