Nova Launcher Prime for Android is an alternative launcher for Android Phones

with Android ICS and above. The default launcher does not gives you all the 

customization you want like starting Apps with gestures and resizing widgets.

In this launcher you can resize the widgets. Are widgets taking up

very large space on your home screen tabs, You can resize the size of widgets with this

launcher.

You can create folders in your home screen tabs to store multiple icons in it.

You get this feature with stock launcher too but with this launcher

you will get highly customizable folders too.

You will get ability to make unlimited Home Screen tabs with this launcher. The stock launcher 

limits the number of Home Screen Tabs you can have in your phone. However if you create

too many Home Screens than your phone will be laggy. 

This launcher will give your experience of real ICS launcher. Most phones are bloated with their 

manufacturer's launchers like Touchwiz and Timescape.

There are no official words on whether this launcher supports Graphics Hardware Acceleration or not

but its smooth and it will run only on ICS +  firmwares.
